After nearly a decade of service in the Mortgage industry, along with nearly one thousand real estate transactions, I have decided to change my role. As of Summer 2019, I have retired as a Mortgage Banker and have decided to assist clients in the buying and/or selling of Residential Real Estate. I should have made this decision 20 years ago; however, every experience I’ve had in that time will only allow me to better service my clients. Bay Area native, Jonathan was born in San Francisco and raised on the Peninsula. Growing up he’s always had a love for real estate in the Bay Area. He has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management that sets him apart. This knowledge and experience allows him to provide the best possible level of service for his clients.

After 10 years of working as a residential mortgage loan officer, in the East Bay and on the Peninsula, Jonathan made the decision to follow a long-term dream of switching to the other side of real estate. Jonathan’s loan officer proficiency means he has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions involving customer service, matching products with client’s needs, price negotiations, conflict resolution, and file management. This experience allows Jonathan to offer a unique perspective to the home buying process. He is eager to walk you through the purchase of your dream home!

The son of immigrants from Asia and Europe, he’s inspired by the cultural diversity of the Bay Area. He is married with 2 children and 3 rescue pets. When he’s not working, he enjoys sporting events, traveling, live music, farmer's markets, and exploring all that the Bay Area has to offer in food, adventure, and festivities. In the fall you will find him cheering on his favorite team at every 49er game.
